EMDR Healing Intensives
A focused space for depth, integration, and steady change.
Healing Intensives offer a time-limited, immersive format for clients seeking well-held, concentrated therapeutic work.
Drawing from EMDR, somatic approaches, and ketamine-assisted therapy when clinically appropriate, intensives support integration and clarity through sustained attention rather than urgency or intensity.
What Makes Healing Intensives Different
Healing Intensives offer extended, uninterrupted time that allows work to unfold with continuity and integration.
Rather than spreading sessions over weeks or months, this format supports focused attention and thoughtful pacing within a clearly defined period.
This approach can be especially helpful when work benefits from sustained presence, reduced context-switching, and space for integration between phases of the process.
Each intensive is individually structured and may include:
EMDR therapy to support work with trauma, anxiety, or relational patterns
Somatic practices that increase body awareness and support regulation
Ketamine-assisted therapy, when clinically appropriate and carefully assessed
Integration practices to support meaning-making and consolidation of the work
Healing Intensives are not intended to replace ongoing therapy, but to offer a different format for clients for whom concentrated, time-limited work is appropriate.
Healing Intensives are ideal for clients who:
Have prior experience in therapy and are seeking a different format for focused, time-limited work
Feel that certain patterns benefit from sustained attention and integration, rather than short weekly sessions
Are navigating periods of transition and want support that is embodied, paced, and well-contained
Value an approach that attends to mind, body, and emotional experience in an integrated way
Are able to engage in deeper work with stability, self-responsibility, and readiness
Healing Intensives are offered selectively and are not appropriate for everyone.
Fit and timing are carefully considered to ensure the work is supportive, ethical, and well-held.
