I then will guide you in uncovering your own hidden strengths and tools to resolve challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and relationship issues. You will develop self-compassion and resilience by listening to your inner wisdom, gaining strength in positive self-talk, and confidence in managing and navigating relationships.
