Executive Leadership Development & Consultation for Social Workers
I offer professional development for Master-level social workers looking to tap into powerful and intuitive leadership and clinical skills.
Looking to up-level your career as a social worker?
So you got the degree and are in the helping field, but are starting to feel burned out? Perhaps you have considered stepping away from the non-profit world, or want to break out of the group-practice space and step into something that is more fulfilling, perhaps even something within the business world - but something is holding you back.
Maybe that "something" is one of the following barriers: you need more information and perhaps need to gain some skills; your own limiting beliefs about what you can and "should" do with your degree as a social worker are holding you back; or you don't know anyone else in your field who can mentor you in this arena.
Social Workers have amazing skills, talents and solid value systems, but too often we are underutilizing our innate abilities that make us an impactful and valuable addition to the executive and entrepreneur arena.

I get it, because a few years ago, I was in your shoes.
My story is probably your story. I did all the things that we "think" are in alignment with our values and what we learned in school. I worked my clinical hours. I took the non-profit positions (barely making rent). I got licensed, and started my private practice. I moved up to supervisory positions and eventually into an executive C-suite position at a non-profit. I made "it" - but still felt like something was missing and I was starting to burn out.
Stepping into the abyss
Many things - people, practices, connections - showed up in that moment where I decided to pivot and step away from what was safe.
Most importantly, in that moment I realized had to deconstruct my limiting beliefs and re-align myself with my own internal value system about what it means to be a social worker. I had to deconstruct to reconstruct.
And it was all worth it. It made me a better therapist. It allowed for me to step into coaching, and aligned me in working with fellow entrepreneurs, business owners, and therapists. It expanded my horizons around what I want to do with my time, energy, and resources.

It's time for a Pivot
I'm on a mission to share this knowledge with you, fellow helping human. It's time to take that next big step.
